The holidays represent the best essence of Spain and Spaniards. These are colorful, vibrant, usually extremely noisy, often warm and always fun. Maybe the hot weather, or maybe nature is exuberant, uninhibited by the Spaniards for the party. One thing is certain: when it comes to partying, no one is better than the Spanish!
The fire, rockets and firecrackers are prominent features in many festivals and there is a spirited celebration that most famous Fallas in Valencia. This is one of the largest street festivals and most spectacular of the world.
On the night of March 19 each year the whole city seems to be in flames when more than 350 beautiful statues are attached to the ground.
